Edificio del 1923 realizzato in muratura, con una distribuzione interna rigida, costituita da piccoli ambienti ed un lungo corridoio. Importanti lavori sono stati realizzati per eliminare i setti murari, semiportanti, dalla struttura principale, creando un unico grande ambiente, unendo ingresso, corridoio, cucina, soggiorno e pranzo della vecchia distribuzione. Due camere da letto sono state unite per realizzare, secondo i desiderata della committenza, una unica suite con bagno e cabina armadio annessi. Un'altra camera da letto, con rispettivo bagno, un powdery room e lavanderia completano l'intervento.

The apartment belong to a complex built on 1923. It was built in masonry structure. A rigid internal distribution characterized the flat, consisting of small rooms and a long corridor. Important works have been carried out to knock down the load-bearing walls from the main structure , creating a single large living area, joining entrance, corridor, kitchen, living and dining room of the old distribution. Two bedrooms have been joined to create, according to the client desire, a single suite with annex bathroom and walk-in closet. Another bedroom, with the private bathroom, a powdery room and laundry complete the project.
