Apartment building located in Palermo neighborhood, a consolidated environment with a recent and characterized redefinition in terms of its urban identity.

Due to its requirements, scale and search for resolutions, this building is added to the experience of the various projects with similar characteristics that our studio had developed in the area

Focusing on  the topics of use, typological and scale that we believe characterize the area we gave shape to this proposal, which seeks to synthesize the demand patterns of a current, cosmopolitan and highly selective public in terms of its consumption profile that is changing the area.

The project propose a retake on the treatment of common spaces, the importance of the "patio", and the hallway and the  uccession of spaces that divide public and private areas.
