米兰南郊复古奶酪工厂里的现代酒吧设计

Inside a restored old cheese factory few kilometers south of Milan, the Bianco e Nero cocktail-bar occupies a long, narrow and rectangular space, divided by a lift shaft into two rooms, the entrance with bar area and a more intimate room on the back. The intention of the property, was to create a modern and minimal environment that was warm and intimate at the same time, where talk and drink quality cocktails. Colors and materials have been essential to achieve the desired result. Colorful ceramics that recall the Italian houses floors of early '900, solid wood and untreated iron are the soul of the project. The warm and punctual lighting stands out in contrast to the dark ceiling and helps to make the atmosphere intimate and welcoming. Each element of furniture, has been custom made by local skilled craftsmen. Wood, iron and colored ceramics, blend in a continuous dialogue of shapes and colors. The lift shaft, as the entire bar counter, are covered with colored ceramics and they define a single material block that becomes the element protagonist of the scene. The suspended lamps on tables are handmade and are composed by a simple iron disk, while lamps that illuminate the bar counter have been converted from old wine carboys. Tables and chairs, as well as their project disposition, are designed to provide a great flexibility and meet every organizational need, from couples to groups of people up to the possibility of obtaining a single large table.
