「一抹胭脂、一點金銅；一盞燈火、一念深情，背山望水，一覽城市脈絡；繁華塵世，一如浮光掠影。」此案為台北士林一間鬧中取靜的高樓層雙拼合併戶實品屋，考量雙拼合併戶的購買客群，在平面配置上我們將格局抓正，調整為大三房加一書房，當大人談正事的時候小孩們也能有屬於自己不被打擾的天地、餐廳則規劃出輕食吧台區與熱炒區，另外也特別配置出一間儲藏室或可供做為傭人房使用，無論未來屋主是帶著年邁的父母同住或是帶著長大獨立的孩子們一起生活，皆是很舒適便利的居住使用空間。在風格上，純粹以展現雙拼大器格局、融合與突顯建案飽覽遠山近城美景之條件。我們把窗當作是一幅隨著季節與時間千變萬化的畫，欣賞那日升月落所帶來的感動。
