A new roof top apartment with two terraces in Yangon's famous, historic Bogalayzay Street. This space was completely gutted and reconfigured to maximise it's potential as a modern home in a heritage building.
Key elements of the orignal design were maintained, including the doors and windows which were built new to match the existing, the roof line and eave trimmings and the position of the wet-room, while improvements included a new gally style kitchen, high-ceilings with exposed teak trusses, a terrace on either side of the living space, and all new high-quality appliances and equipment.
