设计师围绕“资源利用最大化，人性化设计，核心空间，项目建筑与周边景观，室内外过渡空间利用”这几大方面来分析该户型，打造一个注重品味，彰显高品质的四层豪宅。
We analyze the apartment according to “maximum utilization of resources, user-friendly design, the core space with the surrounding landscape construction, indoor and outdoor transitional space”, and create it based on a taste of life and high quality.

在结构设计方面，设计师认为房子的结构就像人的骨架，必须量体裁衣。不同的人有不同的适合自己的穿衣风格；不同的空间也应有与之相对比较适合的风格面貌，因此定位为富有东方韵味的山水豪宅。
The structure is like bones of human-being, which needs to be tailored. Different people have dresses in different styles; therefore, there should be a different space in relatively suitable style – a landscape mansion with oriental charm.

设计师在前期设计时考虑到户型方正，空间利用率高。负一层是个相对独立而轻松的空间，因此，设计师将这栋豪宅的负一层设计为家庭厅/书画区、酒水吧、斯诺克、茶艺、收藏室、公卫、工人房、洗衣房和储藏间。
During early period, considering of the square apartment and high utilization of space, we decided to set up a family mansion hall/painting area, a bar, a snooker, a teahouse, a collection room, a washroom, a worker room, a laundry and a storage bay on the ground floor. The ground floor is quite individual and relaxing.

第一层为门廊、玄关、车库，偏厅、公卫、客厅、餐厅、厨房、过厅、露台和天井；第二层为父母套房、男孩房、女孩房、小家庭厅和阳台。
On the first floor, there is a porch, entrance, a garage, a washroom, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a hall, a terrace and a courtyard; the second floor contains a parents suite, a boy room, a girl room, a family hall and a balcony.

第三层则为主人套房、休闲露台、书房和过厅。设计师将露台纳入主卧使用，扩大了主卧的景观面积，同时增添了生活的趣味性。
The third floor has a master room with a balcony, a study and a hall. We design a balcony for the master room, and enlarge the landscape area. The client can come out to the balcony for an air at anytime.

Modern, simple and rich is our design philosophy. We use simple colors and pursue the form of concise, while focusing on comforts and emphasizing sense of design. We explore the innovation of oriental elements to create a modern urban space with oriental culture.
