The team that renovated theSaint Vincent Hotelin New Orleans wanted to preserve its original elements while highlighting the cultural richness of the city, which combines Spanish, Italian, French and many other styles. The 75-room hotel is housed in a building dating from 1861 – in the 19th century, this was the home for the infants of St. Vincent. The designers abandoned the classics in favor of eclecticism and bold color combinations and did it on a grand scale. The interiors turned out to be truly gorgeous: antique furniture, Carrara marble, velvet curtains, expensive carpets, custom-made mosaic floors. One of the most elegant is the restaurant, where tropical motifs on the walls are combined with a brutal oak and marble bar counter. A variety of styles, materials and a place where you can feel the real spirit of New Orleans!See also:Lots of color and character in Chloe hotel in New Orleans
