木大匠，对于我来说是一次十分特别的项目经历，不仅是我第一次与近十年的老友陈洪忠先生的深度友好合作，也是我在家居领域一次全新的尝试。

It is a very special project experience for me. It is not only my first friendly cooperation with Mr. Chen Hongzhong, an old friend of nearly ten years, but also a brand new attempt in the field of home furnishing.

起初不过是闲暇时与陈先生攀谈，听他兴致勃勃地谈起自己创立品牌的历程，听他分享曾执着于亲自带领着产品研发团队飞往世界各地严选产品用材的经历，我颇为触动。当日受邀前往品牌工厂参观其 23 道精细产品工艺制作流程，实地亲历后，感触更深。

At first it was just a chat with Mr. Chen in his spare time. I was touched by his enthusiastic talk about his journey to build the brand and how he had been obsessively flying his product development team around the world to select the materials for his products. On the same day, I was invited to visit the brand factory to see its 23 fine product manufacturing processes, and I was deeply impressed by the on-site experience.

晚间，有些许零散模糊的念头在我脑海中一闪而过。数日后，我再度与陈洪忠先生碰面，他向我提及希望为尊典打造一个全新的产品体系，并邀我为产品及其展厅进行设计，这恰巧与我心中所思不谋而合。

During the night, a few scattered and vague thoughts passed through my mind. A few days later, I met with Mr. Chen Hongzhong again. He mentioned to me that he wanted to create a new product system for the Collection and invited me to design the products and the exhibition hall. This happened to be exactly what I was thinking.

随即我便同他探讨道：当下国人对于家具的要求极为讲究，实用性为其一，要耐用，能用得长久，品质性为其二，要美观，做工必须优良，有设计感。此外，还需得有适配的展厅，要有场景感，高度还原其体验感，方能算得上完整。

Immediately I discuss a way with him: immediate countryman is extremely exquisite to the requirement of furniture, practical is one of, want durable, can be used for a long time, quality sex is two, want beautiful, do the work for a living must be fine, have design feeling. In addition, it is necessary to have a suitable exhibition hall with a sense of scene and a highly restored sense of experience, so as to be complete.

当下便即刻着手其品牌旗下数千件产品的分析、梳理工作，并将原先市场认可度较高的产品进行升级，这于我而言诚然是一个十分有趣的过程。在此期间我们还产生了各式各样的新想法——不仅研发出了一系列新的产品，也顺势与尊典形成了企业战略、品牌梳理、产品研发设计、店面展厅设计、落地应用、营销等全方位的立体合作。

I immediately started to analyze and sort out thousands of products under its brand, and upgraded the products with high market recognition, which was indeed a very interesting process for me. During this period, we have also produced a variety of new ideas - not only developed a series of new products, but also with Zundian formed a business strategy, brand carding, product research and development design, store exhibition hall design, landing applications, marketing and other comprehensive three-dimensional cooperation.

不难看出，历经了 30 余年沉浮的尊典，有很好的预制材料经验。当我从产品如何与空间能有更好的融合性这一维度出发去思考时，发现它拥有良好的先天优势，因而萌生了以固装的形式将所有产品进行整合的想法。从固装设计到定制、再到产品，以期建立出一套完整、立体的生态链。

It is not difficult to see that after more than 30 years of ups and downs, Zun has a good experience in prefabricated materials. When I started to think from the dimension of how products can be better integrated with space, I found that it has good innate advantages, so I came up with the idea of integrating all products in the form of fixed packaging. From fixed installation design to customization, and then to the product, in order to establish a complete, three-dimensional ecological chain.

也正因如此，在为其适配的展厅设计上，让体验者充分感知产品特性及品牌属性是首要目的，在尽可能弱化空间的基础上为主角增色，以简约化的艺术笔触传递空间调性，进而让体验者自由自主的在空间中完成与产品的对话与探索。

Is also for this reason, for the adaptation of the exhibition hall design, to fully enjoy it in product features and brand perception attribute is the primary purpose, weaken the space as much as possible on the basis of grace for the leading role, to simplify the art of writing space tonal, and then let the experience in the space of freedom independent of dialogue and exploring and finished product.

当下，整个行业随着时代的变化而不断更新、发展，我也试图从一直以来停留在一个六面体的空间里思考问题的层面中跳脱出来，以更加立体的方式进行设计思考。

At present, the whole industry is constantly updated and developed with the change of The Times. I also try to get rid of the level of thinking about problems in a hexahedral space and carry out design thinking in a more three-dimensional way.

在不久的将来，期以拥有不一样的身份属性——不仅是一位设计师，也是一位咨询师，将设计咨询、战略规划、设计服务融为一体。在本案中这一设想得到了我的老友兼业主陈先生大力支持，虽一路有不少磕绊，但所幸，从产品到展厅，都有其完整的、还算令人满意的呈现。

In the near future, Qi will have a different identity -- not only as a designer, but also as a consultant, integrating design consulting, strategic planning and design services. In this case, this idea was strongly supported by my old friend and owner Mr. Chen. Although there were many setbacks along the way, fortunately, from the products to the exhibition hall, it was presented in a complete and satisfactory way.
