This private villa is situated in a small place Tadini in Istria, Croatia. The intent of its owners was to build a cosy residence for travelers all around the world who love to spend their vacation enjoing quiet and peaceful atmosphere next to the pool and views of the rural surroundings.

The house has four sleeping rooms, each equipped with its own bathroom. In a spacious living room there is a fireplace and a cosy sitting zone with TV. It also has direct exit to a huge outdoor terrace and swimming pool. A separate kitchen with a huge table, heavy industrial pendant lamps above it and unique iron-shod wine stand makes accent in the whole house decoration. Outside the walls of the villa guests can enjoy a summer kitchen with an external fireplace where you can cook a delicious dinner.

The design of the villa was completely executed by designers from Home&Co, whose task was to create a warm and relaxing home atmosphere. In the project, at the request of the owners, there were used only gentle and soft colors. Although during the process of the final decoration more intense shades were chosen to create an accent in the interior, all the nuances of colors are still natural.

In the decoration of the house there were not used a lot of details to make space spacious where nothing interferes with the contemplation of external nature. That was the main focus of design which is completely fulfilled.
