The couple, who were both born in Iran, immigrated to Los Angeles with their families at a young age and were influenced by multiple cultures, which made them prefer a modern house with a peaceful atmosphere. These houses tend to have clean lines, natural materials, neutral colors, and a relaxed feel. Jeremiah Brent has made a partial renovation of a house built on love and tradition, with custom white oak tables that can accommodate 16 people for monthly family dinners. The living room area is decorated with a rare floor lamp, the light is turned on, and the shadow is soft.

In Brentwood II, the couple wanted the house to be an important place for family activities on weekends, where they wanted to enjoy each others company and reconnect emotionally with friends and family. In this pragmatic home, the living room and the guest room have the same scale, fully reflecting the design concept of "entertainment", the interaction between people, so that each other become more intimate.

Jeremiah Brent wanted to give soul to each project, so the house was composed of two themes, one is "light", they wanted to make people feel a certain mood even in the daytime, such as romance at dusk; The second is "movement", inspired by the background of the owners ballerina, to achieve this, the designer designed a walnut screen, like a fluttering ribbon, while the curved retro sofa on one side has a similar aesthetic.

Its a restaurant in Los Angeles, and Jeremiah Brent wanted it to have a different feel to the city. As a result, the design incorporates elements that seem to be both a tribute to the past and a strange connection to the present. So, he visited Paris, the birthplace of catering culture, and the local bars of different formats, among which the intimacy of street cafes gave him a lot of inspiration.
